Tagging on to the vaporwave post below, this 'group' is made up of two of the more popular, if that term is to be used, artists in the often shifting and intentionally anonymous virtual scene who make music that falls under this tag.
It's intoxicating and I still don't know why.

Thanks for the suggestions. I konw the name Nils Frahm from the Pop Ambient comps but have never really listened to him. Will certainly track down some of his stuff on your recommendation.
